The Artist
The “Artist” design is dedicated to one of my best friends, Katrina aka “Trina” and known to my kids as “Cinder-trina.” Trina wanted me to create a Girls Can’t WHAT? “artist” design and ironically, she is the one with the graphic arts degree and I am not. Go figure.
So I spent the better part of this afternoon listening to Karen Carpenter and creating this design, complete with Trina’s curly hair which was probably the hardest part to draw. One of Trina’s favorite colors is teal so I used that color for the shirt and bandana. Trina is right-handed, but I made the artist a lefty like me. 
Trina is also a fabulously talented singer in my band. And if you follow my blog, you will know that I still intend to beat her at arm-wrestling (oops I told Trina I wouldn’t mention the arm-wrestling, so pretend you didn’t read that part). :-$
