Whoa. And yet, there is no actual *reason* listed for why it is only young men who did all of the creative work there. Hmm.
It makes me wonder when this policy was changed.

It’s funny, because they would have saved a lot of money by having women (“girls”) do the work – I’m sure there was a significant difference in pay.
