Ok – I admit…I have been watching “American Idol” this season. I don’t usually even watch tv, but I have been hooked on this season’s contest since the first airing. I picked Katharine as a finalist from the first round. Now, here it is – the final 3 – and there she is competing against two guys (who are ok in my opinion but do not compare to her).
I have just finished watching her performance of “Somewhere Over The Rainbow” and I am speechless. That was absolutely fabulous and the best performance I have ever seen on that show (and the judges agree). If she doesn’t win, I will go back to my tv boycott. Did anyone else see her? Leslie – I KNOW you did. Was that not the best thing ever? She deserves a spot in the Girls Who Can section for sure!

I don’t think I’d ever wanna be on a show like that. Just kind of turns me off…too much hype. Just my opinion. :D

…oh yeah…and just wait until they have the “band” edition of American Idol and then you will watch it. On second thought, we will be IN that competition! 8)
