My youngest daughter has just expressed an interest in baseball, so I took her outside this weekend and handed her my old Little League glove. I think she is a natural. It was her eighth birthday and the first time I think she has actually touched a real baseball. After a couple of quick pointers from me, she was throwing me the ball with remarkable accuracy and she wasn’t afraid to get right in front of it to catch. We will definitely sign up for the local team next season.
