This new line of cosmetics at Walmart is aimed at girls who don’t even know how to spell the word “blemish”, let alone even have one. So who do we blame for this wardrobe malfunction? The manufacturer, Walmart or the parents who shell out for this stuff?

These are the same parents who buy bras for their 5 year olds. Girls grow up fast enough, why do so many people want it to happen even faster? Walmart (and other retailers) are typically going to offer whatever makes them more money. If parents would just not buy these things then they would disappear from the market.
