As a young athlete in the 70’s and 80’s, Chris Evert was a source of inspiration for me. Even though I never played Tennis, her positive attitude and her great sportsmanship influenced the way I played sports.
No matter what the outcome of the present game was, I always knew to look ahead to the next game. Keep looking ahead. That’s what keeps you motivated on your journey.
