Orianthi Rocks! – According to “Me”

If you listen to pop radio, you’ve most likely heard “According to you” by now. It’s a great high-energy, guitar-driven song.  But did you know that Orianthi not only sings that song but she plays lead guitar as well?  If you don’t know who Orianthi is, take note.  She is a phenomenal guitar player – having played with a lot of big names, including tours with Prince and Michael Jackson.

Her solo album called “Believe” is a fantastic display of her talents and if you don’t own it, I highly recommend it.  I don’t usually buy an album based on a single song, but her playing style is tops in my book and I don’t regret my purchase.

The video for “According to you” is also a must-see.  There is a camera on her fret board and you can watch her fingers effortlessly fly across the strings through out various parts of the video.  It’s so good I’ve watched it several times.
